I am a creative person with a passion for the arts, spirituality and self- exploration. I was instrumental in developing Self Regulation and Meditation Programs with the PVNCCDSB board of Education as a teacher for over 30 years. I have certification in the healing arts of Reiki (Master’s Level) and Therapeutic Touch as well as Life Coaching. I hold a diploma in Expressive Arts from the Haliburton School of Arts through Sir Sanford Fleming College.
